I had so much fun at this morning’s AM on PM Forum! Hope you all did too. We ended up with a good number of people so I thank those who attended, not letting holidays and snow keep you away!
Our topic was once again from the Procurement Management Knowledge Area. I briefly reviewed some key terms from the PMBOK, showing that we have four processes now in Procurement. If you came, you were given a quick reference card from Crosswind that has all of the processes summarized (as well as the formulas you need to know for the exam!). PM is the one KA that PMI really overhauled – and it needed it. It made little sense in the 3rd edition and now in the 4th is much more intuitive.
